Front Desk Agent

About the role

We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team at The Cove Rotana Resort. You will be the first point of contact for guests, delivering exceptional service and ensuring smooth front‑desk operations.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a courteous manner.
• Check guests in and out of the hotel efficiently.
• Answer phone calls, manage reservations, and provide accurate information about hotel services and local attractions.
• Handle guest complaints, resolve issues, and ensure overall guest satisfaction.
• Process payments, manage cash and credit transactions, and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate with other hotel departments to meet guest needs.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Front Desk Agent or in a similar hospitality role.
• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality degree is a plus.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service orientation.
• Strong organizational, problem‑solving, and multitasking abilities.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with hotel management and reservation software.
