Front Desk Agent

About the role

We are looking for a Front Desk Agent to join the Front Office team at Radisson Blu Hotel Ajman. The role involves welcoming guests, managing check‑in and check‑out processes and ensuring a seamless stay from arrival to departure.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and register guests efficiently, handling reservations and inquiries.
• Process check‑in, check‑out, and billing transactions accurately.
• Provide information about hotel services, local attractions and respond to guest requests.
• Maintain the front desk area, ensuring it is tidy and organized.
• Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance and other departments to resolve guest issues promptly.

Required profile

• Positive “Yes I Can!” attitude with flexibility and attention to detail.
• Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, patient demeanor.
• Ability to work as part of a team and enjoy a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
• Passion for delivering extraordinary service and creating memorable guest experiences.

Required skills

• Basic computer literacy for reservation systems.
