About the role
Join the InterContinental Ras Al Khaimah Mina Al Arab Resort & Spa team as a Front Desk Agent, delivering warm, seamless first impressions for guests in a luxury beachfront setting.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome guests with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Acknowledge IHG Rewards Club members and returning guests in person or by phone.
- Process payments, manage bookings, and ensure swift check‑in and check‑out procedures.
- Anticipate guest needs, offering tailored recommendations and assistance.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for billing issues, restaurant suggestions, and other guest inquiries.
Required profile
- Excellent communication skills for handling compliments and concerns.
- Strong problem‑solving ability to turn issues into positive experiences.
- Fluency in the local language (Arabic) preferred; additional languages a plus.
- Literate and numerate with basic math competence.
Required skills
- Basic computer skills for reservation and payment systems.
