About the role

As a Front Desk Receptionist at Hilton Abu Dhabi Yas Island, you will be the first point of contact for guests, creating a welcoming atmosphere from arrival to departure. Your role blends administrative duties with genuine hospitality, ensuring each guest enjoys a seamless and memorable stay.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly, manage the check‑in process, verify details, assign rooms, issue keys and provide welcome information.
• Handle check‑out efficiently, verify charges, process payments, issue receipts and update the point‑of‑sale system.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of hotel rooms, rates, promotions and local attractions to answer guest inquiries.
• Promote hotel amenities and services through up‑selling techniques to maximize revenue.
• Respond promptly to guest requests, resolve concerns with care and urgency, and manage internal communications.
