About the role
A Marriott International resort in Dubai is looking for a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent who speaks German or French. The successful candidate will welcome guests and help them with check-in, their stay and check-out. The position is open to candidates willing to relocate to Dubai.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome guests and complete check-in and check-out procedures.
- Assist guests with enquiries, requests and information about the resort.
- Handle reservations and update guest information accurately.
- Coordinate with other departments to support a smooth guest experience.
- Maintain a professional and welcoming appearance.
Required profile
- Fluent in either German or French, with good English communication skills.
- Previous front desk or hospitality experience is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Professional, well-presented and flexible to work shifts.
- Open to relocating to Dubai.
