About the role
Join Hilton’s front office team in Dubai as a Front Desk Supervisor. You will lead the front office staff to ensure smooth check‑ins, check‑outs and exceptional guest experiences. The role combines team leadership with direct guest interaction to uphold Hilton’s hospitality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise front office team, ensuring smooth check‑ins, check‑outs and guest service delivery.
- Create schedules, assign tasks, lead pre‑shift meetings and provide on‑the‑job training and feedback.
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns, supporting team members with complex or escalated issues.
- Monitor lobby traffic and adjust staffing in real time to maintain service efficiency.
- Lead special projects, department initiatives or ad‑hoc assignments.
