Restaurant Manager

About the role

The Restaurant Manager will oversee all daily operations of The Dose Kitchen’s flagship outlet at SEVEN Wellness Club. You will be responsible for delivering the brand promise through exceptional guest experiences, strict hygiene standards, and strong commercial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead front‑of‑house operations from opening to close, ensuring consistent service, presentation, and compliance with brand SOPs.
• Manage the Foodics POS system, including menu accuracy, discounts, voids, and end‑of‑day reconciliation.
• Schedule, train, and develop the front‑of‑house team, conduct briefings, set daily targets, and perform performance reviews.
• Own guest satisfaction, handle escalations, and translate feedback into operational improvements.
• Monitor and drive outlet P&L performance, controlling food, beverage, and labour costs while identifying revenue growth opportunities.
• Ensure full compliance with Dubai Municipality, HACCP, and all health‑safety regulations.
• Prepare regular reports for senior management and communicate operational updates.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading front‑of‑house teams in a high‑volume restaurant or hospitality setting.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to manage budgets, cost controls, and P&L.
• Excellent leadership and people‑development skills, capable of coaching staff and managing performance.
• Detail‑oriented mindset with a focus on brand standards, hygiene, and food safety compliance.
