About the role
The Cabin Services Assistant is responsible for the cleanliness, hygiene and personalisation of the A380 Shower Spa and other cabin areas. This role ensures First Class passengers enjoy a premium experience while maintaining high standards across lavatories, lounges and general cabin spaces.
Key responsibilities
- Control inventory and verify that all products are loaded in correct quantities for onboard facilities.
- Inspect Shower Spa and lavatory cleanliness before boarding and place appropriate amenity items.
- Clean the Shower Spa promptly after each use, following the CSA Checklist and hygiene standards.
- Personalise the Shower Spa for each reservation, displaying selected products to delight customers.
- Prevent entry to a personalised Shower Spa and alert the Purser if the reservation system falls behind schedule.
- Maintain tidy and clean lavatories and cabin areas, completing the CSA Checklist regularly.
- Report any defects, unusual noises, smells or suspicious items to the nearest crew member.
- Adhere to uniform regulations, report for duty on time, and follow the chain of command.
Required profile
- Minimum of 10 years of schooling or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of customer‑service experience with an international hotel chain, airline or world‑class service provider.
