Front of House Salon Associate - Dubai

About the role

The Nest Salon, a hair and beauty brand with two female-only salons in Jumeirah and Sobha, Dubai, is hiring a Front of House team member. As the first point of contact for clients, you will help deliver the warm, seamless and elevated experience the salon is known for.

Key responsibilities

• Create a polished, welcoming first impression for all clients
• Manage daily bookings through the salon's online booking system
• Answer client enquiries and coordinate appointment schedules
• Support the team with smooth front-of-house operations
• Maintain a calm, organised reception environment at all times

Required profile

• Experience in a Front of House or Receptionist role in a salon, spa or luxury service setting
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus
• Warm, well-presented and highly professional, with excellent communication skills
• Positive, team-focused and passionate about client service

Required skills

• Confidence with online booking systems
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
