About the role
The Front Office Associate will be the first point of contact for guests at Citymax Hotels, a vibrant brand within the Landmark Group. This role focuses on delivering seamless check‑in and check‑out experiences, handling guest inquiries, and supporting the overall hospitality service standards.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests, ensuring a warm and professional first impression.
- Manage reservations, check‑in and check‑out procedures, and process payments accurately.
- Respond to guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and coordinate with housekeeping and other departments.
- Maintain front‑desk records, update guest profiles, and ensure compliance with hotel policies.
- Promote on‑site Food & Beverage outlets and assist with upselling opportunities.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education preferred.
- Previous experience in a hotel front office or similar customer‑facing role.
- Excellent communication skills in English and strong interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and adapt to flexible schedules.
