Front Office – Guest Experience Supervisor

About the role

The Front Office team at Emaar in Fujairah is looking for a Guest Experience Supervisor who will ensure every guest enjoys a flawless stay from check‑in to check‑out. You will represent the brand throughout the guest journey and create memorable experiences that turn visitors into loyal fans.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily front‑office operations while maintaining high service standards.
• Lead and coach front‑office staff to deliver exceptional guest interactions.
• Handle guest inquiries, resolve complaints promptly and ensure effective service recovery.
• Coordinate with other hotel departments to guarantee seamless guest experiences.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements to drive results.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in the hospitality industry.
• At least 2 years in a supervisory or similar leadership role within a 5‑star hotel.
• High school diploma required; a college degree in Hotel Management or a related field is preferred.
• Strong emotional intelligence and a genuine service‑oriented personality.
