About the role
Mama Shelter Dubai, a hotel brand of Ennismore (a joint venture between Accor and Ennismore), is hiring a Front Office Intern through its partner Hosco in Dubai. The intern sits at the heart of the guest experience, learning the art of hospitality from check-in to check-out.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly and create a positive first impression
- Support check-in and check-out procedures so each guest's stay is smooth and memorable
- Learn front office operations, guest relations and hotel systems
- Assist guests with inquiries, recommendations and requests
- Build strong connections with guests and work with other departments
- Help keep guest records, reservations and administrative tasks accurate
- Handle guest concerns professionally and represent the brand in every interaction

- Proactive, professional and a team player
- Dependable, guest-focused and confident communicator
