Front Office Internship

About the role

This internship offers hospitality students hands‑on experience in a luxury hotel environment. You will work alongside the experienced Front Office team, gaining exposure to daily operations, guest relations and the art of delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and assist with arrival and departure experiences.
• Support the Front Office team with check‑ins, check‑outs and guest enquiries.
• Learn and apply luxury service standards while delivering personalised guest experiences.
• Assist with guest requests and provide accurate information about hotel facilities, services and local attractions.
• Gain exposure to Front Desk, Guest Relations, Concierge and other Front Office functions.
• Develop an understanding of reservation systems, guest profiles and operational procedures.
• Collaborate with colleagues across departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Handle guest information with professionalism, discretion and confidentiality.
• Participate in training and development opportunities throughout the internship.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
• Genuine passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest service.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn and enthusiasm for working in a professional environment.
• Basic knowledge of hospitality operations and service standards is an advantage.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Team player who enjoys a dynamic, multicultural workplace.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality and discretion.
• Previous experience in a hotel or front office setting is beneficial but not required.
