About the role
The Front Office Supervisor will oversee daily reception operations at Mandarin Oriental Jumeira, Dubai, ensuring smooth guest experiences and supporting the Front Office team.
Key responsibilities
- Manage shift schedules, supervise reception staff and maintain front‑of‑house standards.
- Handle guest complaints, cash drawer procedures and coordinate with concierge, housekeeping and other departments.
- Monitor PSMS accuracy, conduct opening/closing checklists and ensure cleanliness of reception areas.
- Identify service improvement opportunities and communicate them to management.
Required profile
- Senior High School qualification; hospitality degree is a plus.
- Minimum 2 years experience in a 5‑star hotel, including at least 1 year front‑office experience.
- Strong English communication; German, Russian or Spanish language skills preferred.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate a team and manage multiple tasks.
