Front Office Supervisor – Hospitality

About the role

The Front Office Supervisor will ensure an exceptional guest experience throughout the stay, representing the Emaar Hospitality brand from check‑in to check‑out. This role is pivotal in creating happy, loyal guests by delivering flawless service in a highly empowered environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding guest service and uphold brand standards at every touchpoint.
• Manage day‑to‑day Front Office operations, including check‑in, check‑out and guest inquiries.
• Lead and motivate the Front Office team, ensuring consistent performance and adherence to procedures.
• Proactively address and resolve guest concerns, preventing complaints and executing service recovery when needed.
• Collaborate with fellow ambassadors to maintain seamless communication and guest‑centric focus.
• Continuously seek opportunities to exceed guest expectations and go the extra mile.

Required profile

• Genuine service personality with high emotional intelligence.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in the hospitality industry.
• At least 2 years in a supervisory or similar leadership role within a 5‑star hotel environment.
• High school diploma required; a college degree in Hotel Management or related field is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to perform all Front Office operational tasks while maintaining service standards.
