Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest service throughout the entire stay journey.

• Communicate effectively with other departments to prioritize guest satisfaction.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in the hospitality industry.
• At least 2 years in a supervisory or similar role within a 5‑star hotel environment.
• High school diploma required; a degree in Hotel Management or related field preferred.
• Strong service orientation with high emotional intelligence.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, guest‑centric setting.
