Frontend Developer – JavaScript (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Frontend Developer with strong JavaScript expertise to join a global technology leader on a contract basis. The position is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere while contributing to high‑performance web applications.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and optimise frontend components using JavaScript, React, and related libraries.
• Build and maintain backend services with Node.js and Express for RESTful APIs.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate frontend and backend systems.
• Write clean, modular, and well‑documented code following industry best practices.
• Troubleshoot performance bottlenecks and resolve bugs in existing applications.

Required profile

• Proven experience with modern JavaScript (ES6+) and React.
• Hands‑on knowledge of Node.js, Express, and API development.
• Familiarity with state‑management solutions such as Redux or Context API.
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive design.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote, distributed team.
