Frontend Engineer – Build Scalable UI for Big Data Analytics

About the role

As a Frontend Engineer you will join a fast‑moving development team building the user‑interface of a Big Data analytics platform. You will work closely with product managers, architects and backend engineers to deliver high‑quality, performant UI components.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain scalable React applications using JavaScript, TypeScript and modern tooling.
• Translate UI/UX designs into responsive, accessible interfaces and reusable component libraries.
• Lead frontend architecture decisions, enforce best practices and mentor junior engineers.
• Collaborate with backend teams to integrate REST, GraphQL and real‑time WebSocket APIs.
• Improve CI/CD pipelines, testing strategies and deployment processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of professional frontend development experience.
• Strong problem‑solving, communication and collaboration skills.

Required skills

• React, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript.
• HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, WCAG accessibility standards.
• State management (Redux, MobX) and build tools (Webpack, Vite, Babel).
• GIS libraries such as Mapbox or Cesium.
• API integration (REST, GraphQL, WebSockets).
• Testing frameworks (Jest) and version control (Git).
• CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Next.js or other server‑side rendering frameworks.
• Design systems and component libraries (Storybook, MUI, Tailwind).
