Full-Stack AI Software Developer – AI‑Powered Higher Education QA Platform

About the role

We are seeking a highly capable Full‑Stack Software Developer to lead the creation of an AI‑powered Quality Assurance platform for higher‑education institutions. The role involves turning a concept into a scalable SaaS product that helps universities manage standards, KPIs, risks, and accreditation requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead technical development from MVP to production, designing a secure, scalable web‑based SaaS application.
• Develop both frontend and backend components, including databases, APIs, authentication, user roles, and permissions.
• Integrate AI/LLM capabilities for document analysis, data insights, report generation, and recommendation engines.
• Build functionality for uploading, organizing, searching, and analysing institutional documents and evidence.
• Create dashboards for KPIs, performance indicators, risks, action plans, and compliance status.
• Design AI‑assisted tools to evaluate evidence against quality standards and accreditation criteria.
• Implement secure APIs and integrations with university information systems and other data sources.
• Ensure scalability, cybersecurity, data protection, backup, and access‑control measures.
• Evaluate and recommend technologies, frameworks, cloud services, AI models, and third‑party APIs.
• Maintain the technical roadmap and provide realistic development timelines.
