Full Stack Developer

About the role

DeepLight AI is seeking a Full Stack Developer to create and maintain the human‑facing components of its Agentic Workflow Automation (AWA) platform. You will work within the AI Centre of Excellence at a mid‑level capacity, bridging complex AI pipelines with end‑users such as reviewers, analysts, and banking customers.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build the HITL reviewer interface with high‑resolution document views, field overlays, confidence indicators, and keyboard shortcuts.
• Develop and maintain real‑time AgentOps dashboards using Azure Monitor metrics and Log Analytics.
• Integrate secure communication between AI core services and core banking applications via the AWA Conversation Orchestrator API.
• Create internal tooling, including the Use Case Manifest authoring tool, Prompt Management System UI, and annotation interfaces.
• Optimize performance and ensure accessibility for low‑bandwidth branch locations, handling AI latency gracefully.
• Maintain a unified AWA component library and design system aligned with corporate branding.

Required profile

• Mid‑level experience (Band 7) working on AI‑enabled enterprise platforms.
• Ability to translate complex agent states, confidence scores, and exception data into intuitive user interfaces.
• Experience collaborating with operations reviewers, business analysts, and engineering teams.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with React and TypeScript for building responsive web applications.
• Strong knowledge of Azure services, including Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and API Management.
• Familiarity with Orkes Conductor job status APIs and LLM endpoint integration.
• Expertise in web performance optimization and accessibility standards.
• Experience creating and maintaining design systems and component libraries.
