Full Stack Developer

About the role

MenaLead is looking for a self-driven Full Stack Developer in Abu Dhabi to develop, maintain, troubleshoot and enhance web applications across front-end and back-end environments. The position is full-time, and applicants with strong expertise in modern web technologies, database management, API integration and AI-assisted development tools are encouraged to apply.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and enhance web applications across front-end and back-end platforms.
• Build responsive, cross-browser-compatible websites using modern development practices.
• Integrate APIs and manage databases to ensure reliable application performance.
• Troubleshoot, debug and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Optimize website performance, security and overall system health.
• Manage deployments, staging environments, backups and application monitoring.
• Maintain source code using Git and version control practices.
• Use AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity and workflows.
• Apply technical SEO and website maintenance best practices.

Required profile

• Strong hands-on experience in full stack development, including front-end and back-end technologies.
• Immediate joiners or candidates available at short notice are preferred.

Required skills

• HTML, CSS, JavaScript and modern front-end frameworks
• API integration and database management
• Git and version control
• Familiarity with deployment workflows, staging environments, debugging and website monitoring
• Knowledge of tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT or similar
• Responsive web design, cross-browser compatibility, website security, performance optimization and technical SEO
