Full Stack Developer (React/TypeScript Frontend)

About the role

The Full Stack Developer will create the human‑facing surfaces of the AWA platform, including the HITL reviewer interface, the AgentOps operational dashboard, and internal developer portals. You will work at the intersection of AI pipelines and end‑users such as reviewers, analysts, bank customers, and engineers, turning complex data into intuitive interfaces that support fast, informed decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement responsive React/TypeScript front‑ends for reviewer and dashboard applications.
• Consume and integrate REST APIs, WebSocket, and Server‑Sent Events for real‑time data updates.
• Manage complex asynchronous data flows using Redux, Zustand, or React Query.
• Build data visualisations with Recharts, D3, or similar libraries.
• Develop Backend‑for‑Frontend services using Node.js (Express) or Python (FastAPI).
• Implement authentication flows with OAuth2/OIDC and Entra ID B2C.
• Package and deploy front‑end workloads on Azure Static Web Apps, Azure Front Door, and CDN, using Docker and basic Kubernetes concepts.

Required profile

• 5+ years of full‑stack development experience.
• Strong expertise in React and TypeScript.
• Proven ability to design and consume REST APIs and real‑time communication protocols.
• Experience with state‑management libraries and data‑visualisation tools.
• Hands‑on experience with Node.js or Python backend frameworks.
• Familiarity with OAuth2/OIDC, Docker, and Kubernetes basics.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent.
• Portfolio of production applications (GitHub or deployed products).
