Full Stack Engineer – .NET & SvelteKit (Abu Dhabi)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our client’s team in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on building robust .NET back‑ends and modern SvelteKit front‑ends for multilingual applications.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain full‑stack solutions using C#/.NET and SvelteKit (or comparable frameworks) with TypeScript.
• Design, implement and optimise RESTful APIs, including versioning and JWT‑based authentication.
• Model and tune relational databases, work with ORM tools such as Entity Framework Core or NHibernate, and manage Oracle configurations.
• Deploy and manage containerised applications on Kubernetes (AKS) using Helm charts and related tooling.
• Set up CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions and integrate messaging systems like RabbitMQ, MassTransit or Kafka.
• Implement caching and session management with Redis and ensure support for Arabic/RTL interfaces.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of professional full‑stack development experience.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and capacity to work independently within a structured codebase.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Azure Developer AZ‑204, CKA/CKAD) are a plus.

Required skills

• C#.NET Core/.NET 5+, async/await, dependency injection, LINQ, layered architecture.
• SvelteKit (or React, Vue, Angular) with TypeScript; familiarity with Svelte 5 runes syntax.
• Relational database design, query optimisation, ORM (Entity Framework Core, NHibernate), Oracle.
• Kubernetes (pods, deployments, services, namespaces), Helm, Rancher Desktop.
• Azure cloud services – AKS, Azure Container Registry, Azure DevOps.
• CI/CD pipelines – Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions.
• REST API design, versioning, JWT authentication.
• Search technologies – OpenSearch, Elasticsearch.
• Message brokers – RabbitMQ, MassTransit, Kafka.
• Redis for distributed caching and session management.
• Architectural patterns – Onion Architecture, Domain‑Driven Design, Clean Architecture.
• Multilingual application development with Arabic/RTL support.
