Full Stack Software Engineer

About the role

As a Full Stack Software Engineer at Callsign you will design, build and maintain end‑to‑end features that span high‑throughput Java backend services and modern web interfaces. You will work in an Agile, collaborative environment alongside product, UX/UI designers and QA to deliver secure, scalable digital experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain scalable Java‑based backend services and RESTful APIs.
• Build responsive, accessible user interfaces using modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks such as React.
• Write clean, testable code and participate in peer code reviews.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers and platform teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Support CI/CD pipelines, troubleshoot production issues and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of commercial full‑stack development experience.
• Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot and RESTful API design.
• Hands‑on experience with modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks (React preferred).
• Solid understanding of OOP, SOLID principles and relational databases.
