Full Stack Web Developer (MERN) – Cloud & DevOps

About the role

We are looking for a Full Stack Web Developer to design, build and maintain scalable web applications for Thrifty Car Rental UAE. The role involves working across both front‑end and back‑end technologies, collaborating with product, design and operations teams, and delivering high‑quality solutions in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop full‑stack applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and integrate them with front‑end interfaces built with React.js and Next.js.
• Work with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL and ensure data integrity.
• Optimize performance, scalability and responsiveness of applications.
• Manage source code with Git and containerize services using Docker.
• Deploy, monitor and maintain applications on Azure and Google Cloud platforms.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and manage caching solutions with Redis.

Required profile

• 4–6 years of professional experience in full‑stack web development.
• Strong problem‑solving and debugging abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross‑functional teams.
• Attention to detail and capacity to handle multiple priorities.

Required skills

• MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
• Next.js and modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Relational databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL.
• Cloud platforms: Azure, Google Cloud.
• Docker, Git and CI/CD pipeline experience.
• Redis or similar caching technologies.
