About the role
We are seeking a full-time Waiter/Waitress to join our upscale, immersive dining venue in Bluewaters. The successful candidate will deliver exceptional service to guests, ensuring a memorable experience in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Greet guests and present menus with a friendly attitude.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen and bar.
- Serve meals and drinks promptly, checking for guest satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean, organized dining area and adhere to health and safety standards.
- Handle payment transactions and process bills.
Required profile
- Minimum three years of experience in food service or hospitality.
- Strong customer service and communication abilities.
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced setting.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Positive, team-oriented attitude and fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
