About the role

We are seeking a full-time Waiter/Waitress to join our upscale, immersive dining venue in Bluewaters. The successful candidate will deliver exceptional service to guests, ensuring a memorable experience in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

Greet guests and present menus with a friendly attitude.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen and bar.
Serve meals and drinks promptly, checking for guest satisfaction.
Maintain a clean, organized dining area and adhere to health and safety standards.
Handle payment transactions and process bills.

Required profile

Minimum three years of experience in food service or hospitality.
Strong customer service and communication abilities.
Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced setting.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Positive, team-oriented attitude and fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

Food and beverage knowledge.
