Fullstack Engineer – Azure AI Platform (Abu Dhabi)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Full‑Stack Engineer to join a fast‑growing Data & AI team. You will be responsible for the reliability, scalability, security and performance of an AI‑powered platform built on Microsoft Azure.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain backend services and APIs for AI‑driven applications.
• Build scalable, secure and high‑performance solutions using modern engineering practices.
• Collaborate with AI and frontend engineers to ensure seamless integration across platform components.
• Manage and optimise Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure, applying Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles.
• Own CI/CD pipelines (build, test, deployment, release, rollback) using Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions.
• Provision and maintain development, testing and production environments.
• Establish monitoring, logging, alerting and observability with Azure Monitor, Application Insights, Grafana, etc.
• Investigate production incidents, perform root‑cause analysis and implement preventive measures.
• Implement cloud security best practices, support DevSecOps initiatives and ensure governance and cost‑management compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or a related field.
• 4–7 years of experience in software engineering, cloud infrastructure or DevOps.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Microsoft Azure services and cloud architecture.
