About the role
The Waiter / Waitress position is a full‑time, on‑site role at Buffalo Wings & Rings in Dubai, responsible for delivering a friendly and efficient dining experience.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome guests, present menus and take orders accurately.
- Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring tables are set, clean and organized.
- Answer guest questions, suggest menu items and pairings, and handle bills and payments.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow.
- Maintain restaurant cleanliness, adhere to food safety and hygiene standards.
Required profile
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Knowledge of food & beverage operations and basic cooking awareness.
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment preferred.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Attention to detail, reliability and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced setting.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Must be located in the UAE.
Required skills
- Understanding of menu items and serving standards.
- Basic awareness of food preparation processes.
