About the role
We are seeking an experienced Floor Manager to lead the sales and retention teams of an established FX brokerage in Dubai. The role involves driving performance in a fast‑paced environment while ensuring compliance and client satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily floor operations and supervise sales/retention teams.
- Monitor team KPIs, performance, and daily targets.
- Coach, motivate and train agents to maximize conversions and deposits.
- Handle escalations, client issues and support agents as needed.
- Coordinate with management to improve sales strategies and processes.
Required profile
- Minimum 2+ years experience as a Floor Manager or Desk Manager in FX/Forex or CFD brokerage.
- Prior experience managing Asian desks is advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of FX sales, retention, deposits and client handling.
- Proven track record of achieving targets and managing teams.
- Excellent communication, leadership skills and fluency in French.
