FX Sales Conversion Agent (Mandarin) – Dubai

About the role

A financial/FX broker in Dubai is seeking a Mandarin‑speaking Conversion Agent to turn quality leads into active trading clients using consultative sales.

Key responsibilities

• Promote Forex and CFD products and services to prospective clients.
• Convert quality leads into active traders through consultative selling.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients.
• Maximise conversion rates and identify future sales opportunities.
• Deliver excellent service throughout the client journey and stay up to date with market and product news.

Required profile

• Native or fluent Mandarin, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in the Forex/CFD industry (mandatory).
• Conversion or retention sales experience in Forex/CFD.
• Target‑driven, numerate and strong communicator.

Required skills

• Mandarin language proficiency.
• Forex/CFD product knowledge.
• CRM systems usage.
• Trading platform familiarity.
