FX Sales Professional – Arabic Speaker (Dubai)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced FX Sales professional who is fluent in Arabic to join a reputable international brokerage in Dubai. The role focuses on expanding the client base for the firm’s online trading platform across the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients while acquiring new business in the UAE region.
• Promote and sell the firm’s suite of online trading products, including CFDs, FX, Futures, Shares and Indices.
• Negotiate terms and close deals, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and support.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of experience in FX sales within an international brokerage or bank.
• Proven sales track record with strong negotiation abilities.
• Customer‑focused, problem‑solving mindset and an existing book of clients.
• Fluent Arabic speaker – mandatory.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of CFDs, FX, Futures, Shares and Indices.
