About the role
A financial/FX broker based in Dubai is seeking a German‑speaking FX Sales Trainee to develop a career in FX conversion with full training.
Key responsibilities
- Contact potential clients and convert leads into active traders.
- Build long‑term client relationships and support loyalty.
- Educate clients on platforms, products and market trends.
- Support onboarding and guide clients through their trading journey.
Required profile
- Native German (C2) with strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven sales experience in any industry; FX, finance or high‑performance sales preferred.
- Target‑driven, ambitious and eager to learn.
- Outbound sales or lead conversion experience is an advantage.
Required skills
- German language proficiency (C2).
- Sales and lead conversion techniques.
- Interest in financial markets and trading platforms.
