Gallery Host - Front Office

About the role

The Gallery Host is the primary point of contact for guests at Hyatt Place Dubai, delivering the brand promise through courteous and personalized service. You will guide guests throughout their stay, ensuring a smooth arrival, comfortable stay, and pleasant departure.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly, manage check‑in and check‑out procedures accurately.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests and complaints, providing satisfactory resolutions.
• Promote hotel facilities, dining outlets and local attractions, and coordinate special guest arrangements.
• Operate the Property Management System (PMS) for registrations, room assignments, billing and payments.
• Handle telephone and electronic inquiries in line with brand standards.
• Maintain strict control of room keys and access cards, and prepare arrival documentation and welcome amenities.
• Assist guests with luggage, wake‑up calls, reservations and other concierge services.
• Process cash, currency transactions and payments while adhering to financial policies.
• Upsell room categories and hotel services to support revenue generation.
• Liaise with Housekeeping, Engineering, Security, Food & Beverage and other departments to ensure seamless service.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, fire and security regulations and report lost‑and‑found items.
