Games Room Attendant – Russian Speaker

About the role

W Hotels is looking for a friendly and energetic Games Room Attendant who speaks Russian to join the recreation team in Dubai. You will create a fun, safe environment for guests while managing the day‑to‑day operations of the games area.

Key responsibilities

• Encourage, register and schedule guests for recreation activities.
• Promote a relaxed atmosphere and provide information about facilities.
• Enforce safety rules and respond to emergencies according to procedures.
• Maintain and clean equipment, report accidents and unsafe conditions.
• Welcome guests, answer phones professionally and process payments for rentals and activities.
• Use point‑of‑sale and computer systems to record transactions and manage inventory.

Required profile

• Fluent Russian language skills.
• Clear, professional communication in English.
• Ability to work with guests of all abilities, including those with disabilities.
• Physical capability to stand, walk, lift up to 25 kg unaided and up to 50 kg with assistance.
• Professional appearance and adherence to uniform standards.
