Gaming & IT Technical Manager for Private VVIP Residence

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Gaming & IT Technical Manager to lead the gaming, IT, drone and recreational technology operations for an exclusive private property serving a VVIP client and their guests. This senior leadership position requires strong technical expertise, team management and a proactive service mindset.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, manage and supervise a dedicated team responsible for gaming, IT, drone and recreational technology services.
• Oversee configuration, maintenance and optimisation of gaming PCs, consoles, peripherals and associated IT infrastructure.
• Manage drone systems, ensuring safety compliance, routine inspections, firmware updates and operational readiness.
• Plan and deliver technology‑based recreational experiences tailored to client preferences and special occasions.
• Control inventory, asset registers, maintenance records and equipment check‑in/check‑out procedures.
• Develop and enforce preventative maintenance schedules for all equipment to ensure operational reliability.
• Provide regular reports on team performance, equipment condition and recommend upgrades or purchases.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing technical teams in IT, gaming or entertainment technology environments.
• Strong organisational, planning and problem‑solving abilities with a proactive leadership style.
• High levels of discretion, integrity, confidentiality and professionalism.
