Gaming Systems & IT Specialist

About the role

A confidential organization is looking for an experienced IT & Gaming Systems Specialist to support the technology needs of a private household in Abu Dhabi. The role involves managing high‑end gaming PCs, network infrastructure, servers, Wi‑Fi connectivity and digital entertainment platforms with a focus on performance and discretion.

Key responsibilities

• Build, configure, maintain and optimise high‑performance gaming PCs and systems, including benchmarking, thermal management and hardware upgrades.
• Manage LAN infrastructure and optimise Wi‑Fi coverage, including wireless mesh networks, to ensure low‑latency connectivity.
• Monitor network performance, troubleshoot connectivity issues and maintain VPNs, firmware, backups and security solutions.
• Maintain home/estate IT infrastructure, support digital entertainment and media systems, and keep accurate records of equipment and warranties.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience in IT, gaming systems or computer hardware.
• Strong practical knowledge of high‑end gaming PCs, components and platforms.
• Excellent understanding of networking, Wi‑Fi optimisation, LAN infrastructure, latency and QoS.
• Experience providing direct technical support to VIP clients with a high level of confidentiality.
