About the role
Jamal Moslem Transport (JMT Group) is looking for a Garage Foreman in Al Quoz, Dubai, to supervise all workshop workers and run daily garage operations. The position is full-time and requires being present in the garage during working hours and available whenever needed, including extended shifts of 12 hours or more.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise all workshop workers and oversee daily garage operations
- Coordinate vehicle breakdowns and assign repair work
- Ensure a smooth workshop workflow
- Be available in the garage during working hours and on call, including 12-hour or longer shifts
Required profile
- Valid UAE driving licence (light or heavy)
- Education above Grade 12
- Experience supervising workshop or garage staff
- Ability to handle vehicle breakdowns and coordinate repairs
- Strong leadership and communication skills
Required skills
- Basic knowledge of transport and fleet operations
- Light knowledge of vehicle mechanics and diagnostics
