About the role

The Garage Supervisor will lead daily garage and workshop operations, ensuring timely and high‑quality vehicle repairs. This role coordinates mechanics, technicians and staff while maintaining safety and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily garage and workshop operations.
• Manage and coordinate mechanics, technicians, and other workshop staff.
• Monitor job cards, repair progress, and work allocation.
• Ensure all vehicle repairs and maintenance services are completed on time and meet quality standards.
• Coordinate with service advisors and customers regarding repair updates and vehicle delivery.
• Maintain workshop cleanliness, safety, and operational efficiency.
• Handle workshop issues and resolve operational problems promptly.
• Monitor staff performance and ensure productivity.
• Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Garage Supervisor or in a similar automotive workshop management role.
• Strong knowledge of automotive repair, maintenance, and workshop operations.
• Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills.
• Ability to organize workflow, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• UAE automotive garage experience is preferred.
