About the role
This position is part of the Engineering function responsible for maintaining and planning hotel facilities across a 5‑star property in the United Arab Emirates. The role ensures full availability and serviceability of all hotel assets while minimizing guest disruption.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee repair, preventative maintenance and reconstruction work to meet hotel standards.
- Develop and execute functional emergency recovery plans.
- Conduct operational tasks in line with service standards and procedures.
- Proactively communicate with team members to prioritize guest interests.
Required profile
- Minimum certification in Maintenance Engineering or a related technical field.
- 1–2 years of experience in a similar engineering role within a 5‑star hospitality environment.
- Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance for hotel assets.
