About the role
We are seeking an experienced General Foreman to lead the construction of a new hospital project in the United Arab Emirates. The role involves overseeing civil and finishing works, ensuring quality standards, and coordinating daily site activities.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise civil and finishing works on the hospital construction site.
- Coordinate subcontractors, manpower, and material deliveries.
- Monitor daily site activities and ensure compliance with project schedules.
- Maintain health, safety, and quality standards on site.
Required profile
- Minimum 7 years of construction experience.
- Proven experience on hospital construction projects.
- Strong background in supervising civil and finishing works.
- Ability to coordinate subcontractors, manpower, materials, and daily site activities.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Available to join immediately or within 15 days.
