General Manager – Beach Club

About the role

Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking a dynamic General Manager to lead its flagship Beach Club. This senior position will oversee all aspects of the club’s food and beverage operations, ensuring an exceptional guest experience in a luxury beachfront setting.

Key responsibilities

• Lead restaurant operations, covering service, culinary, staffing, and financial performance.
• Maintain and elevate service standards, brand positioning, and guest engagement.
• Drive revenue growth while controlling costs, labour productivity, and overall profitability.
• Monitor daily performance metrics and implement continuous improvements.
• Coach, mentor, and develop department heads and team members to foster a performance‑driven culture.
• Collaborate with culinary and bar teams on menu creation, promotions, and personalized guest experiences.
• Analyze guest feedback, operational KPIs, and financial data to identify opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, licensing, and hygiene regulations.
• Manage inventory, equipment, and resources efficiently.
• Prepare and present regular operational and financial reports.

Required profile

• 3‑4 years of experience as a General Manager or equivalent in fine‑dining establishments with at least 50 covers per day.
• Background in 2‑star or 3‑4 hat Gault Millau restaurants is preferred.
• Secondary school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in hospitality management is an advantage.
• International experience in leading culinary markets is a strong plus.
• Passion for food, wine, and service, with Sommelier or WSET certification considered an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
