General Manager – BeatBAB

About the role

Responsible for the overall success of BeatBAB, focusing on financial performance, operational efficiency, and delivering exceptional guest experiences. The role translates strategic initiatives into actionable plans to ensure peak profitability while upholding the highest service and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Revenue Management: budgeting, forecasting, P&L management, cost control and driving revenue growth.
• Operations & Guest Experience Management: lead daily operations, maintain service, food quality and ambiance standards.
• Strategic Initiatives & Business Support: execute projects, collaborate on marketing, events and business development.
• Team Leadership & Development: recruit, train, schedule, manage performance and foster a culture of accountability.
• Compliance & Brand Standards: ensure adherence to company policies, brand guidelines and local health and safety regulations.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a General Manager in fine‑dining environments, preferably Mediterranean or Spanish concepts.
• Background in standalone restaurants, luxury hotels or high‑end hospitality groups.
• Strong financial acumen with experience in P&L management, budgeting and forecasting.
• Excellent understanding of luxury guest service standards, operational excellence and compliance.
