General Manager & Brand Operations Lead

About the role

As the General Manager & Brand Operations Lead you will own the pre‑opening, launch and day‑to‑day operation of Earth Jumeirah Beach, while developing the operating model and brand standards that will be replicated across the Earth Hotels portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the full pre‑opening, launch and stabilization phases, ensuring operational readiness across Rooms, Food & Beverage, Engineering, Security, Finance and Citizen & Culture.
• Recruit, develop and inspire a high‑performing leadership team aligned with Earth Hotels’ values and service philosophy.
• Deliver financial targets through budgeting, forecasting, cost control and commercial decision‑making.
• Drive guest satisfaction and brand advocacy by embedding exceptional service standards.
• Maintain compliance with all statutory, licensing, health, safety and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and continuously improve SOPs, brand standards, operational playbooks and KPIs in partnership with Brand, Design and Commercial teams.
• Own the end‑to‑end operational opening programme, including OS&E, kitchen commissioning, PMS/POS integrations, inventory planning and readiness checklists.
• Collaborate with Revenue, Sales & Marketing and Finance to maximise performance and achieve business targets.

Required profile

• Proven senior hotel management experience, preferably with pre‑opening and brand rollout responsibilities.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and motivating high‑performing teams.
• Excellent financial acumen and ability to meet budgetary and profitability goals.
• Deep understanding of guest experience, service philosophy and brand standards.
• Demonstrated ability to ensure regulatory compliance and operational excellence.

Required skills

• Experience with Property Management Systems (PMS) and Point‑of‑Sale (POS) integrations.
• Data analytics for commercial and strategic decision‑making.
