About the role

Deel is seeking a General Manager to lead its Employer of Record (EOR) offering. This senior position will shape the strategy and execution of a global payroll and compliance platform that serves millions of workers across 150+ countries.

Key responsibilities

Drive operational scalability of the EOR product to support rapid global growth.
Oversee payroll processing and ensure accuracy across multiple currencies.
Maintain and expand global compliance frameworks for diverse jurisdictions.
Lead product innovation initiatives, including onboarding workflows and automation.
Leverage APIs to integrate the EOR platform with partner systems.

Required profile

Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in SaaS, payroll, or global compliance.
Proven leadership in scaling complex, technology‑driven operations.
