About the role
We are seeking a General Manager to lead a prominent five‑star luxury hospitality property in Dubai. The role focuses on aligning leadership with the owner’s strategic interests and delivering world‑class guest experiences in a highly competitive market.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee all operational aspects of the five‑star hotel, ensuring compliance with luxury standards.
- Drive commercial performance and revenue growth.
- Lead and develop the hotel team, fostering a culture of excellence.
- Maintain strong owner relations and represent the property’s interests.
- Ensure exceptional guest experience throughout the property.
Required profile
