General Manager – Multiple Hotel Properties in GCC

About the role

Millennium Hotels and Resorts MEA is seeking experienced and dynamic Hotel General Managers to lead multiple properties across the UAE, KSA, and Qatar. The role involves overseeing all aspects of hotel operations to achieve financial targets, operational excellence, and exceptional guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and monitor financial and operational plans, annual budgets and business plans, and recommend capital improvements.
• Ensure superior guest service, prompt complaint resolution, and maintain product quality and service standards.
• Implement preventative maintenance programs and oversee security, health, safety and environmental compliance.
• Drive revenue through strategic marketing, yield management, banquet/outlet optimization and other revenue streams.
• Collaborate with regional corporate office, liaise with government authorities, and develop community relationships.
• Lead colleague development, HR functions, and foster a positive work environment.

Required profile

• Proven track record in hotel management with strong financial and operational performance.
• Ability to lead large teams, manage stakeholder relationships and drive revenue growth.
