General Manager – Premium Lebanese Restaurant

About the role

Addmind is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead BE BABEL, a modern Lebanese dining concept on Palm Jumeirah, Dubai. The role requires hands‑on leadership, commercial acumen and a deep understanding of Lebanese and Levantine hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day restaurant operations, ensuring high standards across service, quality and brand consistency.
• Drive operational efficiency, identify process improvements and respond to market trends.
• Maintain exceptional guest experience by engaging with guests, VIPs and key clientele.
• Manage commercial performance: monitor sales, profitability, labour, food & beverage costs and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and execute revenue‑generating initiatives such as events, marketing partnerships and promotions.
• Lead, coach and develop the management team and wider staff, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
• Prepare regular financial and operational reports for senior leadership.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, food safety, hygiene and security standards.

Required profile

• 7–10 years of senior F&B leadership experience in premium Lebanese, Levantine or Middle‑Eastern restaurants.
• Native‑level Arabic with strong familiarity of Lebanese hospitality culture.
• Proven track record in managing high‑volume or premium restaurant operations and commercial performance.
• Experience controlling budgets, labour costs, stock, GP and other operational KPIs.
• Ability to lead large teams, drive staff development and maintain high employee engagement.
