About the role

The General Manager will lead the restaurant portfolio within Zeta F&B, ensuring an exceptional dining experience that turns guests into loyal fans. You will represent the brand throughout the guest journey, from welcome to farewell.

Key responsibilities

Deliver flawless, high‑quality dining experiences in a highly empowered environment.
Represent the brand across all guest touchpoints, ensuring consistency with the Address Hotels + Resorts identity.
Drive operational excellence and guest satisfaction to create repeat business.

Required profile

10–15 years of experience in the hospitality industry.
At least 7 years in progressively responsible F&B operations roles within a 5‑star environment.
Degree or diploma in Hotel and Tourism Management.
Proven multidisciplinary experience and expert knowledge of F&B operations and products.
