About the role
The General Manager will lead the restaurant portfolio within Zeta F&B, ensuring an exceptional dining experience that turns guests into loyal fans. You will represent the brand throughout the guest journey, from welcome to farewell.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver flawless, high‑quality dining experiences in a highly empowered environment.
- Represent the brand across all guest touchpoints, ensuring consistency with the Address Hotels + Resorts identity.
- Drive operational excellence and guest satisfaction to create repeat business.
Required profile
- 10–15 years of experience in the hospitality industry.
- At least 7 years in progressively responsible F&B operations roles within a 5‑star environment.
- Degree or diploma in Hotel and Tourism Management.
- Proven multidisciplinary experience and expert knowledge of F&B operations and products.
